Very friendly service, I especially recommend a huge two-room apartment, perfect for a family with two older children, equipped with everything as described. An ideal location for going out to the city and mountain trails. We have never received a gift (I will not reveal which one) upon check-out, which surprised us pleasantly.
Everything was great. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly. The room looked better than on photos and there's also a entertainment room with pool table and other games. Would come back and recommend..
Nice, modern-looking and pet-friendly small hotel with polite English-speaking receptionist, excellent beds (although twin beds tend to drift apart when they serve as a Kingsize), small balcony to sit on (poor view though), nice bed linen etc., fine breakfast, nice bathroom, but pretty slow wifi.
All in all a good hotel - especially for the low price. We even decided to stay for one more night once we got here.
We were able to bring our two dogs to the room without paying any fees.

Service - only the lady from the reception, the rooms are neat and clean, the downside is that the room is very stuffy when there is sunlight all the time. The breakfasts are very good. An advantage is the possibility of using the sauna. Free WiFi. The downside is the lack of service for guests staying longer than one night.
A nice hotel in the very center of Karpacz - close to the promenade and mountain trails. The rooms are ok for 1-2 nights, longer stays would be a bit cramped. Very clean, renovated bathroom. Huge pluses for the delicious, varied breakfasts and the included parking lot - it's a bit tight, but everyone can handle it.
Everything may be OK, but the staff is stealing, I left my sweatshirt in the pin pong room, the lady from the staff said she would see it on the camera the next day and in the morning I approached her, she didn't show me the cameras and said there were no sweatshirts, thieves!!!
